BEAUTY CENTER POLICIES
In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card or voucher number is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. We hold this information as part of our cancellation policies and only make necessary charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guest may choose their method of payment. If payment, voucher, or credit card is not provided within 24 prior to appointment, the appointment may be cancelled.
All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.
Late Arrival of more than 15 minutes without prior notice will result in the cancellation of your appointment and a charge of 100% of the service cost.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policies and Fees
Your treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 8 hours in advance.
Any cancellation with less than 8 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting full cost of the treatment scheduled or the forfeiture of any one prepaid package session, voucher, gift card or certificate credit. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. Future appointments booked may also require prepayment. We recognize the time of our clients and therapists is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times therapist will be functioning in an "on call" status and can have traveled to the center specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our therapist for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.
Forms of Payment:
We accept cash or American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit cards for payment. Personal checks are not accepted.
Please advise us at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy or special needs which may affect your services.
Gratuity is not included in the price of service or treatment packages, customary tipping runs 15% to 20% but is, of course, at your discretion.
Series of Services
We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any beauty treatment series that are purchased. We will, however, exchange them for center credit of equal of lesser value.
