Our belief that health & fitness can save lives has driven us to hold free community organized events focusing on the importance of health & fitness at an early age. The events include guiding children and parents through exercise routines, emphasizing the importance of healthy eating and answering general health and fitness questions, all while providing a fun family friendly environment. We will also provide light healthy snacks.

Corporate Wellness. We have been using Shawn for our corporate wellness program for two months. He is awesome! After the first month as a team we had lost a total of 40 pounds and a total of 108 inches. I can't wait to see our month two results.
